Movement has always been a part of who she is. Before finding CrossFit, she spent years as a professional ballet dancer, earning my BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts and dedicating her life to precision, discipline, and expression through movement. When she retired from dance, she knew she wanted to continue exploring the body’s capabilities and help others connect to that same sense of strength and confidence.
That passion led her to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and later to earn her AS and license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She now works in orthopedics, helping people through all stages of recovery — from post-operative rehab to return-to-sport performance — which gives her a deep appreciation for the power of smart, intentional movement.
She discovered CrossFit while training for obstacle course races, and it immediately clicked for her. The variety, challenge, and community-driven atmosphere reminded her of what she loved most about performing — pushing limits, learning new skills, and doing it all alongside others striving to be their best.
As a CrossFit Trainer, she aims to create an environment that’s both empowering and inclusive. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or chasing your next PR, she hopes to help you build confidence, move well, and discover just how strong you can be — inside and outside the gym.
