
Unlike many coaches, Jake wasn’t heavily involved in sports growing up and never considered himself a natural athlete. After graduating college, his brother introduced him to CrossFit, and he quickly became hooked on the challenge, personal growth, and strong sense of community that the sport provides.
Coming from a non-athletic background gives Jake a unique perspective when coaching athletes of all experience levels. He understands what it’s like to start from square one and is passionate about helping others build confidence, develop new skills, and achieve goals they may not have thought possible. His goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.
