Tatum has been active all her life and continues to find new ways to fuel that energetic spirit. Throughout her childhood, she participated in a variety of competitive sports, ultimately focusing on long-distance running and weightlifting once she got to college. Starting CrossFit in 2021, she was hooked on the balance of strength, endurance, and gymnastics, and started coaching it in 2023. As a coach, she finds it most fulfilling to see athletes grow in both their physical and mental strength. That new confidence is incomparable!
When she isn’t in the gym, Tatum is likely out traveling around in her van, growing her knowledge through various adventures spent in the great outdoors!
