In reaction to their local “globo-gym’s” strict rules and reliance on workout-machines the two eventually began training athletes their way. The goal was to forge well-rounded athletes who were superb in every physical endeavor. Their methods are simple in principle but extremely effective. Athletes are to perform constantly varied; functional movements done at high intensities.

Our program has one simple goal; build strong, well conditioned athletes that can perform to the best of their ability and to the demands of the sport. Strength, power, speed, and endurance will all help to build a successful team, but nothing is more important than staying healthy and injury free. Stronger athletes are less susceptible to injury and recover faster, so we believe in focusing our energies here, helping to keep our players on the field, on the court and in the game
Our training begins well before the season begins, preparing our athletes to handle the rigors of that season and its intense competition.
We use a combination of skill practice, workouts and professional coaching to build strength and conditioning in children. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jumping, and more.
Throughout the program, children will pair fitness with an uplifting environment, which is essential to setting a child on the path toward a lifetime of fitness. All sessions will be led by Coach/Owner Matt Giordano, who has a formal education in physical education and years of youth coaching experience.
This program is for children 6-13 years of age. We break age groups by age and have a Coach/Child ration of 1:4. Sessions are capped at 16 kids.
