Coaching Philosophy: 

Proper technique is most important. I also think it needs to be fun. Sustainability is key for me. I hope to be able to do this for the rest of my life. Being able to show others how to do that is my goal.

I read about it in a running magazine(running was all I used to do) I tried a class and never looked back.

Tell us something that we don’t know or would be surprised to learn about you:

In 2013 I had a complete tear of my rotator cuff (non CrossFit related) which resulted in surgery involving several other procedures on my right shoulder. It was about a year of rehab before I could return to the gym.
