Performance Camps

Our Speed and Agility program works perfectly for multi-sport athletes who want to improve their speed and agility in their respective sports, while avoiding injury.  Each 60-minute session will include:

  • Dynamic warm-ups

  • Mobility drills

  • Athlete assessmentIMG_6863

  • Power drills

  • Agility drills

  • Speed drills

  • Balance drills

  • Quickness drills

  • Reaction drills

  • Cool down

Our Program will run Tuesdays and Fridays from 12–1pm or 3:00pm-4:00pm and athletes will have the choice of any two sessions per week.

Program cost:

Speed and Agilty Package:

$80.00 per month for 2x per week.

 

Total Athlete Development Package:

**$150 per month for unlimited access, this includes:

  • Speed and Agility program - times and days from above
  • Olympic lifting to develop power, speed, coordination, and strength.

                       - 12-1pm Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • General Strength and Conditioning Classes using the CrossFit Methodology to enhance the athletes metabolic conditioning
  • Daily class times available
