21 Kettlebell Swings

12 Pull Ups

-Something cardio based for 1:30-2 minutes of time (stairs, burpees, biking, elliptical, treadmill, row, jump rope, toe taps)

-Dumbbell Swings, or backpack swing if you don’t have a kettlebell

-Scale the number pull ups or to a different pulling variation: towel on the door row, TRX row, table or homemade inverted row, backpack or duffel bag row
