Activation: 10 1-1/4 Empty Bar Thrusters

Thruster (5-5-5-5-5)

In a 15 Minute Window, Find a 5 RM Thruster

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 5 Minutes

Max Rep Squat Clean Thruster at 70% of your 5 Rep Max
