CrossFit Newtown – CrossFit

Please Join Team CrossFit Newtown at the Run for Research, on Saturday September 28th, at Warminster Park! We will be throwing down against other CrossFit Gyms in the area. Everyone will run a 5k at the event, and then complete a fun CrossFit Workout right after. All fitness levels welcome for this good cause.
