Double Unders

*once you stop moving on the bench, you can rest as needed and start performing double unders.

*if  performing consecuitve single unders, please divide by 2 when you input score.

*score is Bench + Double Under Reps accumulated over the 5 rounds

Immediately upon finishing get set up and perform: 

Tabata

Push-ups or Ring Push-ups
