Use 90% of Max Bench

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5×3 minute windows to complete:

Max Consecutive Reps of the following:

DB Bench 50/35

Double Unders

*once you stop moving on the bench, you can rest as needed and start performing double unders, once you clip, get tired, or time expires you must stop.

*if performing consecuitve single unders, please divide by 2 when you input score.

*score is Bench + Double Under Reps accumulated over the 5 rounds

Immediately upon finishing get set up and perform:

Metcon (No Measure)


Push-ups or Ring Push-ups
