Everyone is invited! Carpooling suggested. Bring what you need to hydrate or eat for a 3-4 hour hike


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Partner Workout

4×6 Minute AMRAPS with

2 Minute rest between each one

AMRAP 1 and 3

16 Wall Balls (20/14)

10 Burpees

“Resting” partner completes 30 double unders before switching

AMRAP 2 and 4 -

16 DB Hang Clean and Jerks (SA 50/35)

10 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)

“Resting” partner holds a :30 second plank
*One athlete completes a full round before switching

*Start fresh with each AMRAP
