CFN Hike SAVE THE DATE:

When: Saturday June 8th – Leave CFN at 10:45 AM
Where: Ted Stiles Preserve at Baldpate Mountain

Everyone is invited! Carpooling suggested. Bring what you need to hydrate or eat for a 3-4 hour hike

Strength

Single Arm Dumbell Press (3×5 per side)

*Using the 10RM weight you found a few weeks ago

*Alternate sides each set and take short rests between sets

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds for time

6 Devil Presses (50s/35s)

12 TTB

200m Run

Mobility:

1 Minute in each pose

Supine Twist R+L (feel free to use a foam roller)

Sumo Squat

Seal/Sphinx
