Power Snatch + Overhead Squat + Hang Squat Snatch = 1 Rep
*4-5 Warm up sets to work up to 2×1

15 Squat Snatches (95/65)

15 Lateral burpees over the bar

10 Squat Snatches (115/85)

10 Lateral BOTB

5 Squat Snatches (135/95)

5 Lateral BOTB

Core Work

4 x :45 second weighted Planks
