100 Pushups

300m Run (or 600m Row)

14 Rope Climbs

300m Run

100 Dumbbell box step ups (50/35)(“Resting” partner holds handstand while other partner chips away at step ups, switching every time they have to break)

300m Run

100 High Five Partner Sit-ups
*Reps are split with partner with one person working at a time

*Runs are done together
