Open Gym with Coach M from 9-11 am.

Front Rack Step Up (4×4 each side)

*Using 10 RM Weight

*If possible, use a box height that is just above the height of the knee cap

*Scale down to a reverse lunge off plates if necessary

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

15 Minute AMRAP

15 Hang Power Cleans

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

15 Hanstand Pushups (level surface for RX)

L1: 95/63

L2: 125/83

L3: 155/103

Mobility:

1 Minute in each pose

Archer (feel free to use a band)

Frog

Pigeon R+L
