40 Push Ups

600m Run or 1000m Row

80 DB Snatches (50/35)

40 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)

600m Run or 1000m Row
Reps are split between you and your partner, with one partner working at a time.

Runs will be performed together while the row will be split
