Bike .5 miles or 500 M Row (alternate cardio piece every round, if class size allows)

15 box jump overs 24/20

In the Remaining Time Complete As many reps as possible of:

Ring rows

Strict pull ups

Kipping pull-ups

Chest to bar pull ups

Bar Muscle Ups

Ring Muscle ups
