1. Clean and Jerk x2-4 reps @ 65-70% of Clean

2. Cal Row 12/10

3. Alternating DB Snatch x8-12 total

4. Burpees over the bar 8-10

Mobility:

1 minute each position:

Pigeon right + l

Cross shin forward fold -r+l

Seated straddle

Forward fold
