4 Rounds with 2 minutes rest between each round

20 Wall Balls 20/14 (aim for sets of 10+10)

20 Power Snatches 75/53 (aim for 4×5 or 10+10)

Core Work

3 sets of:

Ring or Box L-Sit or Knee Tuck x 10-20 seconds

10 Plate Sit-Ups

1 Minute Plank
