1-1 trip of rig walking lunge (1 weight held above head, 1 weight held at side) 50/35

2-Strict Chin ups x 4-8

3- Med ball slams x 10 (suggest weight 50/35)

4. Cal Row x 10/7

Rest 3 minutes

Every 2 minutes for 8 rounds

:30 handstand walk or hold

10 Heavy Russian Swings
