You are definitely “Fit Enough”
The fact of the matter is there is no “fit enough” or “level of fitness” needed to compete in the open. You will have the choice to complete workout as prescribed or scaled. At the end of the day its all for fun! This year we will have a fun interactive competition within our own community each week! Details to follow in the next few days.
