20 Hang `Power Snatch 75/63

10 Overhead squats

20 Box Jumps 24/20

Rest 3 minutes between sets

Use a weight that allows you to go mostly unbroken the whole time. Focus on Speed and pushing through the set, rather that grinding it out.

After last 3 minute rest:

Accessory Work:

Snatch Deadlift with Pause at knee

Perform 3×3-5 reps @75%
