Metcon (Time)

5 rounds

2 rope climb

4 Strict Handstand push-ups (plate standard)

6 Burpees

Rest 3 minutes and perform:

Assistance Work

Single Arm Upright Row

Accumulate 50 reps total in whatever sets you like
