Single Arm OH Press

Work up to challenging 3×8 on each arm ( 2 warm up sets max)


4×4 min AMRAP with 2 min rest in between

1. Run 300m then max rope climbs

2. Run 300m then max DB or KB (35/53)Snatches

3. Run 300m HSPU (plate standard)

4. Run 300m then SA DB or KB Thrusters (35/53)
