Comp WOD from 9:30-10:30 this Suday with Coach M.

9-8-18 Wedding WOD for Coach Mike and Coach Bri followed by Brunch. WOD starts at 9:30, no 8:30 class that day.

Strength

Snatch (Full or Power) – does not have to be touch and go

E2EMOM for 10 sets x 3 rep

Use first 5 intervals to work up to weight to stay at for 2nd 5 intervals.
