Summer WOD and BBQ at Tyler Park tomorrow 10 am arrival, 10:30 am go time. BBQ to follow. We are meeting at the Upper Plantation Picnic Area. We will be running, using KB’s and some fun with the Atlas Stones.

Rest 1 minute Between Rounds, Score is total time minus 5 minutes

Strength

After last 1 minute rest spend the next 8 Minutes finding a 2 rep max touch and go cluster
