Take 2 warm up sets to get to your working weight.

Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

3 TNG Squat Snatches 115/83

200 M Run

 

Rest 3 Minutes and perform:

 

Single Arm Farmers Carry 400 M
