5,5,5,5,5 use these as warm-up sets to work up to the weight you will use for the workout.

12 Minute Cap.

Then…..

Lynne (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Rounds for Max Reps of:
Bodyweight Bench Press
Pull-ups
Ladies use 3/4 (.75) BW for RX.

If you cannot peform the prescribed weight for a fresh 10 reps, then please use your 10 rep max for the workout.

Rest 20-30 Seconds between the 2 movements and 2-3 minutes between sets.
