Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP

30 Barbell Lunges (rack position of choice) 95/63

30 Box Jump Overs 24/20

30 Chest to bar Pull-ups

Then….

As soon as workout is over, rest till 15 minute mark and perform 6 BB box step ups for a 6 Minute EMOM.
