Sprint 250 (goal is sub 1:00) + Farmers Carry (choose weight) + Max Effort Toes to Bar

Partner Core:

Barbell OH Hold (shoulder press grip) 45 seconds While Partner holds Plank (can be weighted). 45 seconds off to switch movements.

M-use 95-155

F-use 63-108
