Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Alternate with a Partner:

5 sets each

Sprint 250 (goal is sub 1:00) + Farmers Carry (choose weight) + Max Effort Toes to Bar (without letting go of bar)

Core Work

4 sets of:

Barbell OH Hold (shoulder press grip) 45 seconds While Partner holds Plank (can be weighted). 45 seconds off to switch movements.

M-use 95-155

F-use 63-108
