Hanstand Push-ups
Burpees
Toes to Bar

*attempt to get through as much as possible in 2 minutes. Always start back from the top with HSPU each new interval

Conditioning

3×1 minute at each movement 30 seconds to rest after each movement

Push-ups
Row for cals
Strict Chin Ups
Anchored Abmat Sit-ups
