Skill EMOM

10 Minute EMOM

3 HSPU (scale to most difficult variation for yourself) + 30 second plank after each set.

Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Optional Gymnastics Work

Perform a 10 Minute EMOM using a gymnastic skill of your choice.
