Each rep can be bailed and each rep should be caught in the squat snatch. Power Snatches are a suggestions, if absolutley needed.

21 Box Jumps 24/20 – Comp 30/24

Optional Gymnastics Work

Perform the following reps of any version of muscle-ups….inluding drills.
