15 Minutes to work up to a 3RM Thruster. The first rep can be squat cleaned.

At the 20 minute mark, perform the following:

30 Wall Balls 20/14 – Comp 30/14

30 Swings 53/35 – Comp 70/53

60 Doubles

60 Sit-ups

30 Wall Balls 20/14 – Comp 30/14

30 Swings 53/35 – Comp 70/53
