Squat 5+ (Cycle 5)

35×5 45×5 55×5 65×5 75×5 85×5+

or

5,5,5,5,5,5

Conditioning:

Prowler Sprints

6 sets back and forth

After each set perform 6 squat Jumps

Prowler 1- 25′s on each side

Prowler 2- 45′s on each side

Prowler 3 – (2) 45′s on each side

*This are supposed to be light enough for you to perform an all out sprint down and back with the prowler.
