Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

Power up this summer with Newtown Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance Coach John King and his strength & conditioning program designed for soccer players. Top coaches and players know that the biggest gains in strength and speed are made off the soccer field. Whether you want to get ready for fall high school soccer or improve for your summer club schedule this training program will help athletes get stronger, jump higher and become more explosive players.

Sports Performance Coach John King will offer small-group training sessions this summer to help soccer athletes achieve their full potential. This affordable summer program will give players the expertise and attention of a full-time personal trainer without the expense. Space is limited so sign up soon.

Each Session will include: Strength & Power training, Speed & agility training and mobility work. Also will include Soccer Specific drills.

What: Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

Where: Bucks County Baseball Academy, 5101 Apple Butter Road, Plumsteadville, Pa

When: Mondays and Wednesdays from June 16th to August 13th (18


Time: Session: 6-7 p.m.

Cost: $275 for the 18 session program

Who: soccer players, ages 14-18

Class size will be capped at 20 players per session.

Who is John King?  John King has been a certified strength & conditioning coach for over 9 years. As the former strength coach for Villanova University and an assistant coach of women’s soccer team he helped players increase their explosiveness, improve their strength and play safely and injury-free. He has a degree in exercise science from East Stroudsburg University where he was captain of the men’s soccer team. John King has continued his playing career by playing on the 2012/2013 US Pro Footvolley Tour and US Open Beach Soccer Championships
