Conditioning:

Death By Clean and Jerk @60% of 1 RM Clean

Perform 1 C&J in the first minute, 2 C&J the second minute, and 3 C&J the third minute. Continue this sequence until you can no longer keep up the pace. Your score is max reps. Partial rounds at the end count. If you finish minute 8 and do not think you can finish 9, you will get credit for all the reps you do in the minute.
