CrossFit Kids Class (Ages 5-9)
The goal of our CrossFit kids program is to develop and improve general physical fitness regardless of the child’s athletic ability. The program incorporates fun and games to motivate children to learn the basic foundational movements of Crossfit including squatting, push ups, pull ups, climbing, running, jumping, and weightlifting.
Youth Barbell Club (Ages 10+)
Our Pre-teen and Teen program is designed for older children to receive more in-depth Olympic Weightlifting training. Olympic Weightlifting promotes full body development and develops skills which will transfer directly to performance in other athletic endeavors.
