30 Hand Release Push ups

40 sit ups

50 squats

*Please come in early and warm up as needed, coaches will only provide a brief warm up so we can get this WOD started. The WOD will have a 45 minute time cap. This includes the rest intervals.

*Your score will be total time minus the 12 minutes of rest.
