Welcome to our new website. As you can see things are a little different, so please take a few minutes to navigate the site. Below are some highlights of the new page:
- The slider feature at the top of the screen will show all our headline posts on a regular basis.
- Below the slider will be new content, articles, and stories written by the coaches for our community.
- Members looking for the Daily WOD can click on the WOD option in the menu.
- Members can sign up for classes or pay for a membership by clicking on Calendar option in the menu, or scrolling down to the bottom of the screen under Important Posts.
