Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
-10 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
-10 Box jumps,
-10 Ring dips ( scale by using a band with the rings or use a box or bench if rings are not possible)
15 minutes of Snatch work. Start with Hang Power Snatch then Power Snatch and then a full Snatch. Start light and go up to about 50% of your max on all versions .
