Open Gym starts this Sunday from 9-11am. Open gym is included in the unlimited membership package and will be $10 for those who have one of the other membership packages but would like to attend. Open gym is the time to come in and work on a skill, get in a strength lift or make up a wod you missed.
5 rounds for time
- 20 Pull-ups
- 30 Push-ups
- 40 Sit-ups
- 50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Score will be the total time taken to complete the workout minus the 12:00 of rest time.
